Return Policy

At MADMIA, we take great pride in providing our customers with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. To ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, we have established a clear and concise returns policy that we encourage you to review before making a purchase.

Our returns policy is straightforward and consists of three simple rules:

  1. Returns must be made within 60 days of receipt. 
  2. Items must be unworn and unused with the original tags still attached.
  3. Items must be returned in their original packaging, which must be in the same condition as it was when you received it.

Original Shipping Fees are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.

We kindly request that you exercise caution when receiving your parcel containing our products. To ensure that your socks remain in their original condition, we ask that you do not pull the tag off the socks. Instead, we recommend using scissors to carefully cut the tag off the socks.

By following this simple step, you can help to maintain the integrity of the product, which will allow you to fully enjoy your purchase. If you meet these criteria, please send the item(s) back to MADMIA at 1020 Belle Ave, Suite #1140, Winter Springs, FL 32708. We kindly ask that you include a note with the reason for the return or exchange.

We understand that mistakes can happen, and if you receive an incorrect item compared to your original order, we sincerely apologize. In the unlikely event that the product is faulty when you receive it, please let us know via email within 7 days of receiving your order. Before returning the item, we encourage you to contact us to discuss the issue. 
Our Customer Service Team will carefully assess the fault and may consult with the supplier or manufacturer. If the product is found to be faulty, you will receive a full refund, and if not, the product will be returned to you.
